Director of Global Infrastructure Services

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our global infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-centric culture and drive security by design, embedding continuous service improvement techniques across the organization.
• Develop and implement global standards, procedures, and architectural designs to ensure seamless integration and efficient operations.
• Promote collaboration with stakeholders, including IT Leadership Team, Enterprise Architect, Information Security, PMO, Enterprise Application & Development, Business stakeholders, and Vendors / Service providers.

This role demands exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as a proven track record of budget management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership.

You will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing process, contract negotiation, and technology procurement, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to agreed service levels.

A successful candidate will possess a value-driven mindset, prioritizing standardization, user experience, and continuous improvement disciplines.
