¿Qué buscamos?

Actualmente estamos en búsqueda de un / a Site Reliability Engineer con al menos 2 años de experiencia en proyectos.

Qué esperamos de ti

  • Gestión de situaciones de crisis.
  • Alta capacidad de negociación con equipos multidisciplinares.
  • Capacidad analítica para la correcta evaluación de las soluciones propuestas.
  • Autonomía e implicación para la consecución de los objetivos marcados.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en los procesos ITSM.
  • Comunicación y reporting a entornos ejecutivos.
  • Amplio conocimiento de tecnologías de IT.

Qué responsabilidades tendrás :

  • Gestión E2E de incidencias y problemas relevantes con impacto en los servicios de negocio de BBVA España.
  • Liderar las sala de crisis asegurando la correcta gestión de la incidencia por todos los equipos participantes.
  • Gestión de los problemas reactivos y proactivos, e identificar oportunidades de mejora sobre servicios y procesos.
  • Elaboración de informes de incidencias a nivel ejecutivo.
