Overview
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager. This role is responsible for executing and achieving sales quota and targets, focusing on SMB sales through outbound activities with a set of SMB customers. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase revenue or growth numbers.
Responsibilities
- Execute and achieve sales quota and targets, focusing on SMB sales through outbound activities with a set of SMB customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase revenue or growth numbers.
- Track and manage ongoing activity relative to sales plans, and communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow-up and resolution.
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals that are technically and commercially sound.
- Maintain good CRM hygiene by accurately tracking all events within the CRM.
