Renewable Energy Performance Expert

Overview Trina Solar is a leading provider of comprehensive solar energy solutions internationally. With a growing presence in Asia, Europe, and the Americas, the company has been increasing its competitiveness and efficiency through vertical integration of its business structure.

The position requires a PV and BESS Performance Analyst to monitor daily asset performance, centralizing monitoring and data analysis to support the Head of Asset Management.

Responsibilities Daily monitoring of PV and BESS assets

Proactive contribution to reporting activities for internal and external deliverables

Support to the Head of Asset Management for queries relating to performance and monitoring

Data analysis and deep performance analysis

Development of new tools for operational control of assets

Tracking KPIs, SLAs, and warranties

Deep dive performance analysis

Understanding of key databases and reporting to the wider team

Development of standard procedures within the Asset Management Team

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on performance and monitoring requirements

Requirements Engineering Degree or equivalent level of qualification

Ability to respond to changing priorities and emerging issues

Advanced MS Office package skills, particularly Excel

Goals-oriented and detail-focused

Able to notice patterns in data and turn them into insights for the Asset Management Team

Team player with good communication skills

2+ years of work experience in renewable energy

Desirable Knowledge of PowerBI

Knowledge in SQL
