Your Role

Palma Coliving is redefining the future of flex-living, boutique coliving, and hybrid hospitality. We are looking for a high-caliber Head of Real Estate Investments & Capital Raising to secure funding, expand our investor network, and drive strategic partnerships with private investors, family offices, and institutional funds.

Key Missions

• Lead fundraising efforts for our €10M real estate expansion and €2M operational cash flow
• Build and nurture relationships with HNWI, family offices, and real estate investors
• Identify and secure off-market undervalued property deals for acquisition
• Play a strategic role in structuring our future €50M Flex-Living Investment Fund
• Position Palma Coliving as the go-to boutique coliving investment brand in Southern Europe
