We are one of the most promising startups of 2025 with headquarters in Spain. We were founded in Barcelona, and since then, we've expanded to include offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Berlin, and Paris. We remove all the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, security deposits, broker fees, moving / buying furniture, etc., giving choice and flexibility to allow people to plant their roots anywhere .

Backed by Europe's best Venture Capital firms, this year will be vital in our growth as we look to further build out our team, further establish ourselves in our current markets, and expand our reach into multiple new markets . We are currently ranked in the top 10 startups in Spain by Linkedin, and we have successfully raised a Series A investment round of €27 million that will help propel our growth throughout Western Europe and bring us closer to reaching our goals.

Role |

We are seeking a Sales Team Leader to join our Sales team in Barcelona. You will be responsible for assisting with the sales of our rental apartments and guest services plus ad-hoc support covering staff holidays. The role requires flexibility and someone highly oriented to team results, you are able to see the wider picture and understand the impact of your position. You will play a key role to help ensure that we meet our occupancy and revenue goals in your cities as well as our customer satisfaction targets. We are a new start-up, so you’ll be given a high degree of autonomy and expected to deal with numerous challenges and opportunities along the way.

Responsibilities |

  • Support and assist the sales team with day to day tasks.
  • Coordinate & distribute the leads across the Sales Coordinators.
  • Observe, analyze current strategies and develop new strategies together with the leadership.
  • Support Sales Teams operations required to implement the organizational sales strategies (CRM input data, Revenue pricing rules % promotions, …)
  • Cover day to day sales tasks when your team is on holidays or absent.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to new and existing reservations.
  • Draft rental agreement contracts.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing B2C sales team.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure optimal performance and career growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs, and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Conducts long-term & short- term goal settings for teams and individuals and uses data to measure performance and monitor sales processes, identify issues and enhance sales performance.

About you |

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 2 years minimum experience leading a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Experience managing customer communications and relations (You have experience with a hospitality company and / or with guest services)
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector will be valued.
  • Proficient in the use of Hubspot is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible, resilient and happy with ambiguity and changes.
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment.
