The mission of this role
Handle complaints received from customers for non‑compliance with product quality coordinating all departments involved to achieve the better solution for the customer and the company.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the analysis of quality incidents in a multidisciplinary team to analyse the causes and define corrective actions.
Resolve incidences and improve quality standards of suppliers by following the incoming inspection procedure and the supplier’s audit plan.
Receive nonconformities from customers. Resolve incidences and improve client satisfaction in collaboration with the Quality departments of the factories and other departments and organise visits or meetings whenever it is needed.
Follow up all actions derived from NCs (non‑conformities), audits or any other input.
Reporting and publication of results to Quadpack group management.
Requirements
A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar position
Strong knowledge of 5 Whys, Ishikawa and 8D’s methodologies.
Advanced English level.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Experience in Cosmetic, Pharma or Plastic Injection industry would be an advantage
