Senior Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Purchasing Manager to elevate product presence in target markets, achieving optimal profitability and expanding customer base.

Responsibilities Sourcing and Qualifying Suppliers : Evaluating, homologating, and negotiating with suppliers to meet company standards and requirements.

Purchasing Budget Management : Developing and managing purchasing budgets to support business objectives.

Purchasing Reports and Supplier Issues : Preparing reports for leadership and resolving supplier-related issues as needed.

Departmental Goals and Compliance : Setting departmental goals to support company targets, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Supplier Relationship Building : Developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships while monitoring performance through defined KPIs and OKRs.

Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Between 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the industrial sector.

Experience in the automotive industry is an asset.

Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.

High level of both oral and written English proficiency.

Analytical, solution-oriented, and negotiation skills.
