Responsibilities Oversee the engineering and integration layer of AI capabilities, ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable delivery of AI solutions through automation and collaboration with platform teams.

Closely collaborate with AI Product Engineers and platform teams to define and scope opportunities for AI-driven innovation.

Prototype and validate Large Language Model (LLM)-based or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to drive business value.

Contribute to AI-driven automation efforts across developer productivity platforms, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a software engineer or DevOps / MLOps specialist, with expertise in AI integration and process automation.

In-depth understanding of CI / CD pipelines, cloud platforms, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and APIs.

Hands-on experience integrating Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI solutions into production environments, emphasizing scalability, security, and maintainability.

Strong focus on security, with familiarity with enterprise-grade tools and adherence to data protection and compliance standards.

Skilled at working within agile, cross-functional teams, paired with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
