Position Overview

We are seeking a Product Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will provide both technical expertise and commercial support to customers across Africa, ensuring seamless operations, product optimization, and long-term client satisfaction. The position requires a proactive, hands-on professional with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical knowledge, product demonstrations, and training to customers.

Monitor customer operations to ensure optimal product performance and manage inventory levels.

Prepare and present technical proposals while keeping internal systems up to date.

Coordinate with factories, regional offices, and partners to maintain an efficient supply chain.

Share technical insights with colleagues and provide feedback on potential product improvements to the factory.

Support business growth by building strong customer relationships and contributing to sales efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

Technical background in engineering, mechanics, drilling, or a related field.

Previous experience in technical support, sales, or customer service is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Proficiency in English or French (both languages are highly valued).

Willingness to travel within Africa when required.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
