Global Data & Business Intelligence Lead

EMEA Recruitment is working with a leading global organization seeking a Global Data & Business Intelligence Lead to establish and roll out a standardized and harmonized data and reporting strategy across all regions.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that combines strategic influence with practical execution, ensuring that global Finance and business teams have consistent, reliable and insightful data to support decision-making.

The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing global BI tools and processes, aligning systems and reporting frameworks, and building strong collaboration between Finance, IT, and other business functions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with global experience to shape the data and reporting landscape within a high-performing international business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the implementation of a global data and BI strategy, ensuring consistency and scalability across all regions
• Drive the rollout and adoption of Finance BI tools to improve reporting and analytics capabilities
• Develop and maintain standardized data models, KPIs, and reporting templates across business units
• Work closely with IT and Finance to ensure data integrity, governance, and system integration
• Support the automation of reporting processes and enhance data accessibility for global teams
• Provide hands-on support and training to Finance users, promoting the use of BI tools and data-driven insights
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver practical, high-quality solutions
