Vineyard Manager Job Description

At our esteemed wine estate, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vineyard Manager to lead the operations of our 41 ha vineyards in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of vineyard management, from practical work such as spraying and harvesting to ensuring the implementation of Organic viticulture practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage vineyard teams to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
• Develop and implement effective vineyard management strategies to maximize yields and quality.
• Maintain accurate records of vineyard activities, including pruning, planting, and harvesting.
• Collaborate with winemaking team to ensure seamless transition of grapes from vineyard to cellar.
