As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Technical Project Leader to take ownership of complex engineering programmes, guiding projects from concept through to production while bridging the gap between technical teams, manufacturing, and customers.

The Opportunity

This is a senior-level role offering full visibility across both the technical and commercial dimensions of advanced energy projects. You’ll lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-performance battery systems that meet stringent performance, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead battery system projects from initial concept through design, validation, and production.
• Translate customer and programme requirements into robust, manufacturable engineering solutions.
• Manage technical risks across safety, performance, and quality dimensions.
• Coordinate design, analysis, and manufacturing functions to ensure project success.
• Act as the key technical interface for customers and senior stakeholders.
• Provide cross-functional leadership across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
