This role is a key component of our Sales Effectiveness team, responsible for equipping sales leaders to excel and drive performance through transformation.
About the Job The successful candidate will be responsible for developing communication plans to support productivity initiatives, designing and implementing coaching programs for managers, leading training sessions with different sales teams, collaborating with external partners to coordinate development and sales programs, and supporting the Director of Sales Effectiveness in calculating ROI and ROE of programs.
Key Responsibilities Programme Impact and Adoption : Drive programme impact, application, and adoption by developing effective communication plans and coaching programmes.
Sales Blockage Identification and Solutions Planning : Early diagnosis of sales blockages and planning solutions to drive business growth.
Results Measurement and Reporting : Demonstrable Programme KPIs, ROI, and ROE measurement and reporting.
Programme Design and Execution : Numbers of programmes designed and executed successfully.
Requirements Experience in Sales and Sales Gravitas : Experience in sales and sales gravitas, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
Global Programme Management : Experience in running global key sales programmes.
Sales Methodology Knowledge : Knowledge of qualification, sales methodology, and buyers cycle.
Sales Enablement Platforms : Understanding of sales enablement platforms and tools.
Functional Discipline Collaboration : Demonstrable experience of working across functional disciplines.
Person Specification Positive Attitude : Attitude to make a positive impact in sales and sales effectiveness.
Organisation and Results Focus : Organised with a strong focus on measuring results.
