We’re hiring a Paid Media Manager to take Fiera to the next level.
Fiera is a performance marketing consultancy specialized in SaaS and lead generation. This is our third year in the market , and we’ve grown steadily and deliberately every year.
Today we manage over €10M in ad spend , and we’re ready for the next step : more stability, more focus, more impact.
At Fiera we run campaigns , advise marketing teams strategically , and design experiments to measure the incremental impact of brand campaigns .
We’re looking for someone who’s technically strong in Google Ads , understands Social Ads , and above all, knows how to figure things out .
This is not a repetitive execution role — you’ll build, optimize, and think.
You’ll start as Paid Media Manager , managing two freelancers who support with operational tasks.
You’ll work directly with me to organize campaign execution , analyze results , and communicate the real value we create for our clients .
Requirements
- Fluent English, ideally with a second European language.
- 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns , preferably with budgets over €10K per month per account .
- Proficiency in Looker Studio and intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Comfortable working with data : moving it between platforms, building reports, and setting up dashboards.
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking : tagging, conversions, pixels, UTMs, and measurement tools.
- Clear communication and writing skills , both internally and with clients.
- Ability to work autonomously , solve problems , and make data-driven decisions .
