The studio is responsible for multiple top 10 titles including Woodoku, Woodoku Blast, Solitaire and TripleTile. Role Overview
As a Producer at Tripledot Studios, you\'ll lead a team on multiple projects, ensuring smooth communication, resource management, and timely delivery of high-quality features. You\'ll guide the team from prototyping to soft launches, driving success and growth.
This role offers ownership of a small, skilled team with autonomy to shape product vision and foster collaboration. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating engaging player experiences.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, conflict-resilient, and has a strong game production background, familiarity with tools like Jira, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate a team of approximately 20 people, including developers, artists, and QA, to successfully deliver game projects.
- Manage multiple production tracks simultaneously, including Block Family and two prototypes, with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and between stakeholders, creating transparent roadmaps and work plans.
- Adapt processes to the needs of the team, finding the most efficient production methodology.
- Resolve conflicts and support team motivation, fostering a productive and responsible work environment.
- Make independent decisions based on a deep understanding of the product, players, and development stages.
- Support the product team, assisting in organizing and distributing tasks.
- Regularly provide reports to management, including creating visual materials to show progress and plans.
- Flexibly manage priorities and changes in the project, quickly responding to new challenges and adjusting plans as needed.
- Monitor deadlines and achievement of key project goals, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience as a producer in the games industry, preferably in mobile gamesDeep understanding of the full game development cycle : from prototype to release and live operationsAbility to effectively organize and coordinate a team of 20+ people, including developers, artists, and QAFlexibility and adaptability in process approaches, able to tailor methods to the team\'s needs without imposing unnecessary proceduresConflict management skills and the ability to lead the team to achieve goals through motivation and positive reinforcementExcellent command of project management tools, including Jira and other task tracking systemsAbility to make independent decisions, analyze situations, and propose optimal product development pathsStrong communication skills for effective interaction with the team and stakeholders, as well as for preparing and presenting reportsHigh level of responsibility and results orientation, able to work in a fast-changing environment with shifting prioritiesDesire and potential for career growth within the company, including the possibility to move into Senior Producer or Lead Producer rolesWillingness to work onsite in Barcelona and be part of Tripledot Studios\' international teamWorking at Tripledot
