Requirements A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.

At least 8 years of professional software development experience in complex systems.

Experience with version control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, and the Atlassian suite.

Strong architectural skills to design robust, scalable solutions within existing architecture constraints.

Leadership potential to set technical direction, mentor team members, and ensure best development practices.
