Your Tasks
- Establish work instructions and planning documents in collaboration with the headquarter
- Determine production times and calculate manufacturing costs
- Production planning and control incl. missing material coordination and order release / technical completion
- Technical Supervision, support and continuous improvement of the structural assembly operations
- Initiate and introduce construction or process changes
- Moderate problem solving between the engineering, quality department and the shopfloor team
- Support engineering department regarding producibility of aerostructures and respective optimizations

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience required, master's degree would be desirableGood user knowledge of SAP, PLM software such as Siemens Teamcenter, CAD and MS OfficePractical Lean Manufacturing know-how and mindsetPlease submit your application for this position in EnglishC1 levels in Spanish and English required, German would be an advantageAvailability to work abroad during the first 6 monthsWillingness to support the start-up phase of our new factory as well as structured way of working and communicating in a dynamic environmentWhat we offer
