Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis and Reporting : Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key insights and trends.
• Variance Analysis : Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budget and forecasts, providing actionable recommendations.
• Budgeting and Forecasting : Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
• Business Partnering : Work closely with various business units to understand their financial needs and provide analytical support to drive business performance.
• Financial Modeling : Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Data Management and Analysis : Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to provide meaningful insights and support decision-making.
• Ad-hoc Analysis : Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by management to support strategic initiatives and special projects.
