Manufacturing Manager

We are looking for a Corporate Plastics Manufacturing Manager to join our global operations team.

The position is based in Pamplona (Navarra) , and includes regular travel to several of our production plants.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional in production or process engineering, passionate about standardization, continuous improvement, and supporting local teams in optimizing operations.

&##Support the alignment of manufacturing practices across our plastic production plants.

Collaborate with local teams to analyze, standardize and improve key production processes.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects.

Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between corporate functions (R&D, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain) and the sites.

Monitor key KPIs and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and safety.

Contribute to the implementation of investment and modernization plans in coordination with local teams.

Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or similar).

At least 3–5 years of experience in production, process improvement or industrial coordination roles.

Solid understanding of lean manufacturing tools and principles.

Fluent in English (spoken and written); Contribute to impactful industrial projects with a global footprint.
