GenAI Manager - RAG / Agentic AI / Deep Learning / LLM

We're hiring for an experienced GenAI Manager with experience in deep learning for a rapidly expanding tech company in Spain.

This company are very well funded and are recognised as one of the most promising and innovative AI companies in the world.

In this position, you will lead and nurture a team of engineers, leading the direction, designing technical solutions to various problems and manager tech projects from concept to completion.

This is a permanent full-time position based on-site in San Sebastian.

For this GenAI Manager position, I'm interested in speaking to people with the following :

PhD or Masters in AI / CS or similar

At least 2-3 years experience in leadership, leading engineering teams in a tech company

Experience in cloud based production

Deep Tech / AI / LLM / GenAI / Deep Learning / Engineering Manager / AI Manager
