Overview

Join to apply for the #BECA-AHE Procurement Activity Controller Support role at Airbus Helicopters

Job Description : Launch of the daily routine within the horizon of a week and attendance at daily production monitoring meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Attend the daily production monitoring meeting
  • Report production progress and parts availability; provide support to adjust daily priorities
  • Support Work Order Management
  • Support component management including missing parts and logistics distribution
  • Handle availability, transfer protocol and unexpected missing parts
  • Collaborate in coordination of parasitic flow with another department
  • Collaborate in coordination of outstanding works : manage pending logistics flows, manage the transfer of internal / external responsibility for work orders
