Strategic Project Lead – SAP Implementation Specialist

Job Description

Oxford Global Resources partners with a consumer health products company that designs and manufactures personal hygiene solutions. The company operates internationally and focuses on innovation, quality, and care.

We seek a seasoned Project Manager to lead a strategic SAP S / 4HANA implementation project. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating all phases of the project—from planning through to go-live—ensuring timelines, costs, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and manage the overall project plan by integrating the plans of various teams involved (timeline, resources, budget, risks).

Coordinate both internal and external teams (consulting firms, integrators, infrastructure, and business units).

Lead weekly follow-up meetings.

Oversee the analysis, design, migration, testing, and go-live phases.

Proactively manage bottlenecks and risks, escalating issues when necessary.

Manage communication with stakeholders and steering committees.

Monitor KPIs and deliverables as defined in the project roadmap.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have :

A minimum of 10 years of experience managing ERP implementation projects.

At least 3 full SAP implementations, including at least one with S / 4HANA.

Experience with RISE with SAP environments.

Experience in industrial or pharmaceutical environments is a plus.

Technical Knowledge

You should possess :

SAP S / 4HANA (financial, logistics, and production modules).

Project management methodologies.

Integration with external systems and master data management.
