HQ - Group Treasury Director (EMEA Remote)

The Position

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Global Treasury Director to lead and evolve our global treasury function. This role is instrumental in managing the Group’s cash, liquidity, debt, and credit policies across all countries in which we operate. As a senior leader, you will partner closely with the CFO, VP of Finance, regional finance teams, and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and lenders. You will oversee both day-to-day treasury operations and lead complex strategic initiatives, including global cash pooling and the implementation of our Treasury Management System (TMS). This is a remote-first role based in the EMEA region, reporting directly to senior executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash position consolidation and forecasting across multiple countries.
• Align country-level cash flow forecasts with group budgets and liquidity targets.
• Monitor and manage monthly treasury activities.
