This is a unique opportunity for a driven sales personality at a reputable, German-founded, international FinTech company, who is ready for take-off. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) and part of our Sales Team, you will be a key driver of our growth. We are seeking a highly energetic and passionate individual to join our sales team and play a critical role in expanding our market presence.
As a BDR, your responsibilities will include prospecting, following up, and passing on qualified leads to our Account Executives, who will convert them into new customers. Success in this role requires knowledge of lead generation, a proven track record of achieving goals, and a proactive attitude. You should be highly organized, curious, eager to learn, and confident in engaging with new contacts daily.
What you'll do
- Identify business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and social selling, while also qualifying inbound leads.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their needs and assess their potential interest in our solutions.
- Pass on high-quality leads through your sales funnel, connecting them to sales colleagues and arranging meetings via in-person, virtual, email, or phone channels.
- Collaborate closely with sales executives to meet company goals and targets.
- Work in a hybrid model from our Madrid office, covering the Benelux market.
What you bring to the table
Completed your studies and / or gained experience in a fast-paced environment; seeking a career start in sales, inside sales, or sales development.Excellent interpersonal skills, persuasive, confident communicator, trustworthy, and a good listener to anticipate customer needs.Highly committed, responsive, and target-oriented in selling our SaaS solutions.Tech-savvy with a willingness to understand our CPM platform to provide real value to customers.Business fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.Perks at work
