Our management team is located in the UK and Portugal and we have technical teams based across Europe and India.Job Summary : We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our clients DevOps practices and Cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of cloud infrastructure, as well as a proven track record of successful implementation and management of cloud-based architectures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and reliable delivery of software applications.Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and manage CI / CD pipelines for our software projects, ensuring automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.- Design and implement robust and scalable AWS cloud architectures, leveraging expertise in AWS services and solutions.- Collaborate with development teams to optimize the build and release processes for various services.- Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IAC) using tools like Terraform.- Manage and optimize IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions, ensuring maximum security, efficiency and performance.- Develop and maintain detailed solution plans, blueprints, and documentation for cloud-based architectures and infrastructure.- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.- Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain best practices for security and compliance.- Mentor and provide guidance to junior DevOps team members.Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related engineering roles.- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.- Solid experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).- Experience with infrastructure as code (eg Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.G., Bash, Python).- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Relevant certifications (e.G., AWS Certifications) are desirable.- Excellent English communication skills. Fluency in Spanish would desirable.
