About the Role :
We are seeking a Data Driven Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team of professionals who consider customer data and understand journeys to make informed decisions using suitable communication channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage client communications and define client-oriented contact strategies prioritizing real-time events through digital channels and mobile.
- Develop campaigns with business lines, understand target audiences, and choose optimal moments considering global communications strategy.
- Utilize marketing automation tools like UNICA, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or other Campaign Tools to personalize communications.
Requirements :
