Remote Support (Dutch And French)

You must speak Dutch and French, as well as English at a high level. Functions : Providing software technical support to clients based in Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France. Providing a first level of remote customer support, telephone support and remote connection to diagnostic equipment. Opening of cases. Call log. Troubleshooting. Monitoring of cases and incidents. Communication with clients and partners. Reporting to higher team. Reporting and closuring of cases. Maintaining expected service levels. Basic requirements : To work in the Dutch and French-speaking market : Fluent in Dutch (C1) Fluent in French (C1) High English level (C1). Technical degrees or vocational training related to technology. Work experience providing remote technical support. Knowledge of systems administration, Windows environment, Linux, Server. Communication skills. Proactivity and autonomy. Experience in customer service. Position details : Hybrid work model in Sant Cugat (Barcelona) site (3 days per week in the office).
