Job Overview
Farmasi, a global leader in beauty and personal care, operates in over 40 countries with 70 years of experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle from concept development to market launch and follow-up. Collaboration is required with our Turkey-based product team to ensure alignment with our global brand strategy and lead innovative projects within the nutricosmetics category.
About This Role
- Market Research : Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and competitive behavior to ensure our products remain relevant and competitive.
- Product Lifecycle Management : Define and manage the complete product development process from creating innovative product concepts to market launch.
- Product Development Coordination : Review and approve formulas in close collaboration with our R&D teams in Turkey.
- Packaging : Collaborate with our global creative team to design packaging and labels.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as INCI and claims registration.
- Suppliers : Manage relationships with suppliers when outsourcing development and production processes.
- Product Launch and Follow-up : Monitor product performance in the market, analyzing sales results and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Strategy and Positioning Definition : Develop product concepts, benefits, target audience, message, value proposition, and competitive positioning.
