• Develop high-quality content such as product articles, blog posts, announcements, and newsletters.
• Moderate discussions, respond to user inquiries, and encourage community participation.
• Plan and organize events (fan meetups, launch events, community contests).
• Project Coordination : Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, product, and sales to align activities with business objectives.
• Market & Consumer Insights : Analyze campaign and community performance, collect user feedback, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and product positioning.
• Innovation & Creativity : Bring fresh ideas to enhance product launches and community experiences, staying up-to-date with tech and marketing trends.
• Product Launch Support : Assist in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for new devices and product categories.
• Coordinate marketing activities across digital, retail, and offline channels to ensure a consistent launch experience.
• Adapt and localize creative content for launch campaigns.
