Overview

Akens / Nordburg is seeking a German IT-solutions company highly skilled and experienced UX / UI Designer (m / f) to enlarge the Spanish based Team.

Location : 100% remote from Spain

Responsibilities

  • Test planning : Developing test plans based on the project's requirements and specifications
  • Collecting and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops and observations
  • Analysing existing business processes and identifying potential improvements
  • Developing solution concepts and specifications for IT systems and business processes
  • Detailing implementation concepts by creating use cases
  • Supporting project management in the planning and execution of projects
  • Mediating between specialist departments and IT to ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Defining the service requirements for interfaces with the back-end and with other service providers
  • Creating and maintaining documentation such as process descriptions, requirements documents and test plans
  • Developing test case specifications and end-to-end technical tests
  • Performing tests and validations to ensure the quality of the solutions

Qualifications

  • University degree in sciences, mathematics, computer science or engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst
  • Ability to collect data, analyse it and interpret it to make well-founded business decisions
  • Knowledge in creating and analysing process models, for example using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
  • Skill in gathering, documenting and managing business requirements
  • Knowledge of IT systems and their implementation, including software development and DBs
  • Ability to convey complex information clearly and understandably and to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams and develop solutions jointly
  • Ability to identify and analyse problems and develop creative solutions
  • Ability to plan and prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Ability to mediate between different interests and reach compromises
  • Experience in the definition and description of interfaces using OpenAPI
  • English (C1) : required for documentation, collaboration, and communication in an international environment
  • German (B1) : highly valued for working with German-speaking clients and teams
