(Associate) Legal Counsel

About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel with expertise in Administrative and Public Law , who will lead the team over time and take on a coordinator role , allowing the current Senior to transition out. This position will report directly to the partner and work closely with top-tier legal professionals.

In this role, you will handle highly technical legal matters , ensuring excellence in legal analysis and strategic decision-making . You will be responsible for drafting reports in English , dealing with complex legal cases (e.G., regulatory compliance in renewable energy or product labeling for vegan certification), and supporting internal decision-making.

Start Date : As soon as possible

Friday : 5.5 hours (end at 16 : 45)

Special days : 4-hour workdays before Sant Jordi and other key dates

Hybrid Model : 2 days of telework per week

• Provide expert legal counsel in Administrative and Public Law
• Draft and review legal reports in English
• Support and coordinate Works Council matters
• Oversee regulatory compliance cases , including highly specialized topics
• Ensure legal excellence and collaborative teamwork
• Mentor and guide junior legal professionals and interns
