Accounts Payables Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payables Manager to lead the OPEX-related AP operations across multiple regions. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely processing of operational expenses, managing a team of four, and supporting the company's rapid growth.

• Oversee the full AP cycle for OPEX suppliers : invoice processing, payment execution, and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Manage debt movements and accounting entries related to operational expenses.
• Supervise the amortization of tangible and intangible fixed assets.
• Lead and support the team in month-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (US GAAP and / or Spanish GAAP).
• Report monthly balances and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the AP team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and data accuracy.
