Overview Sales Representative Role in DACH Region
Are you a skilled sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business in the DACH region.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the DACH market, driving new business opportunities, and engaging decision-makers in HR, L&D, and Procurement. Your work will have a direct impact on revenue growth, making this one of the most strategic roles in the company.
You will work closely with our Senior Business Development Manager and SDR team to identify, qualify, and convert leads into pipeline opportunities. This role is at the forefront of our expansion, offering fantastic career growth as we scale.
Responsibilities Prospecting and engaging with HR, L&D, and Procurement professionals through email, cold calling, and social selling
Strategically planning outreach and lead sourcing to build a strong pipeline
Qualifying leads by understanding their needs and challenges
Scheduling product demos for the Senior Business Development Manager
Working closely with Sales & Marketing to generate new leads and maximize conversions
Qualifying and converting inbound leads
Maintaining CRM accuracy, tracking outreach and pipeline progress
Qualifications Demonstrated success in a commercial or sales role
Fluency in German and English
Ambition with a hunger to succeed and learn
Proven ability to build outbound pipeline in the DACH market and create qualified opportunities through various channels by engaging decision-makers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with solid time management skills
