IT Support Specialist

As a skilled IT professional, you have the opportunity to make a real impact on daily operations of renowned companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day local / remote desktop support
• Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system
• Analyze errors, maintain hardware, set up / remove workstations, install, configure new software and manage user accounts via Active Directory
• Inventory control

To succeed in this role, 18 months of IT experience or equivalent are required. Additionally, experience in OS, Apps, and H / W installation and troubleshooting is necessary, as well as knowledge of mobile devices – Android and iOS. Solid English language skills (B2 minimum) are essential.
