About the Role
As a Validation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the Enterprise Service Management platform (ServiceNow & UiPath) is validated and compliant with industry standards.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and train Standard Operating Procedures, maintain the validated status of the system, and ensure compliance with GxP requirements and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Validate and ensure the Enterprise Service Management platform (ServiceNow & UiPath) is validated and compliant with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and train Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain the validated status of the system and ensure compliance with GxP requirements and industry best practices.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of professional experience in IT, with a focus on validation in a GxP environmentA degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or comparable professional experienceExperience as a validation manager or in a validation environmentFluent English (spoken and written) and native SpanishExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skillsResults-oriented, with strong teamwork and collaboration abilitiesExperience supporting LeVA system life cycle documentationBenefits
