At Finsolutia we keep expanding! We’re seeking a talented and self-motivated Junior Data Scientist to join our team in Madrid. The main role will be to turn complex financial data into actionable insights, analyze performance, design new strategies, and drive value across diverse loan portfolios and internal projects.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

• Conduct quantitative investment analysis and prepare / attend investor presentations (typically in English).
• Leverage data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI) to support data-driven decision-making across investment and asset management activities.
• Contribute to development and optimization of internal processes, including automation and digital transformation initiatives using Python, Flask / Django, or C#.
• Assist in the development of web applications and internal tools using React and modern web frameworks to streamline reporting, portfolio monitoring, and financial modeling.
• Structure, design, and generate management and performance reports, integrating real-time data insights and visualizations.
• Support the integration of machine learning models for predictive analysis in areas such as property valuation, investment risk, and market trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions and continuously enhance the analytical infrastructure.
