At Mjølner, you will have the opportunity to make your mark on projects that create value for both Danish and international customers. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who is passionate about project management, teamwork, and building strong relationships. Your first project will focus on migrating an ERP system, lasting approximately 6 months, and afterwards, you’ll continue working on projects for other clients. This position is based in Madrid , and you must be fluent in both Spanish and English .

Your projects typically last 3-12 months and are carried out in agile teams of 3-8 colleagues with different professional skills. Your first project , focusing on the ERP migration, will last around 6 months. After this, you will move on to work with other clients on different projects. The work is typically done both in-house at Mjølner and out at the individual customer sites. This role is based in Madrid .
You will become part of a professional community of project managers, where there is ample opportunity for collaboration, sparring, and knowledge sharing. Project managers at Mjølner also work together to implement our project model, improve processes, and continuously adapt our project management tools.

In the job, you are a success when you :
Set Project Direction : Lead your ERP migration project in close consultation with your project team and ensure you follow the plan. You will be proactive in identifying challenges and addressing them before they become issues.
Coordinate and Align Work : Manage daily tasks both internally and externally, prioritize what’s most important, and motivate both your team and the client.
Communicate Clearly : Handle project frameworks, terms, changes, goals, and risks internally and externally. Build strong customer relationships and ensure both the team and client feel confident in your leadership.
To be successful, your mirror image will likely show :
Experience : An experienced IT project manager with a relevant higher education and experience in migrating ERP systems . You are familiar with steering group work, agile development methods, and building relationships with customers and suppliers.
Technical Expertise : Experience in software solution development and implementation within business operations is a plus.
Agile & SCRUM : A passion for project management, with experience in SCRUM, and the ability to act as a scrum master.
Communication : You can effectively communicate at all organizational levels, and you’re fluent in both Spanish and English , as all of our clients are English-speaking.
