The Director – IT Transformation Execution is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the execution of enterprise-wide transformation programs focused on organizational change, operating model evolution, and maturity development. Reporting directly to the Head of IT Portfolio & Transformation Management (IT Governance), this role acts as a strategic partner and execution leader—ensuring that transformation initiatives are delivered with excellence, aligned with enterprise goals, and embedded sustainably across the organization.
Operating in a complex, matrixed healthcare environment, the Director leads both internal and external teams, enables the organization in its new setup, and engages with the IT Leadership Team and peers across the enterprise. The role requires a self-driven, autonomous leader with a strong bias for action, a focus on delivering measurable results, and the ability to drive significant change while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to the Head of IT Portfolio & Transformation Management, contributing to the development of transformation strategy, operating model design, and organizational maturity planning.

Qualifications
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in IT transformation, organizational change, or enterprise program execution, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.

Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional transformation programs in matrixed environments.

Experience managing both direct reports and cross-functional teams in a programmatic structure.
