Senior Software Development Manager

Overview Job Description We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead our software development teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that our software development projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities Leading Scrum ceremonies and facilitating team collaboration.

Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Qualifications Strong understanding of Agile principles and SAFe framework.

Familiarity with enterprise IT organization structures and software delivery processes.

At least 2 years of experience in Agile delivery, preferably in large-scale software development.
