ABOUT THE ROLE : We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our team in Malaga. You will be part of a global HR team and will play a key role in supporting the HR function. The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have a service-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Providing local / global HR administrative support to the business.
• Mobility & relocation assistance including managing the visa processes.
• Delivering local HR advice and guidance to employees.
• Being a local super-user in the HR system, registering information in the system as well as delivering accurate reports and data to the wider business.
• Being the go-to person when interacting with stakeholders such as payroll and insurance providers.
• Updating and creating policies and guidelines as well as handling the local HR intranet.
