The role :

At Isotrol, we are looking for 1st level support and operation for SCADA systems and control centers for renewable energy generation assets.

Your key responsibilities :

• Detection and resolution of incidents in the operation of SCADAS control and monitoring systems.
• Report of the anomaly and the possible solution to whoever it may concern, either to the client or to N2 support in case of not being able to solve it.
• Incident management on the ticketing platform.
• Anomaly resolution follow-up.

You will be part of a team of operators who will perform their duties under the supervision of the person in charge, working continuous 8-hour shifts, and rotating between morning, afternoon and night shifts on a regular basis. These shifts cover the service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24x7), 365 days a year.
