Strategy & Transformation Manager

Position Overview

We are now looking for a Strategy & Transformation Manager to join our Transformation team. The incumbent will be responsible for :

Leading and driving the implementation of strategic cross-functional projects which can be developed at Regional or Country level (e.g., Strategic Plans, Transformational growth projects, efficiency plans, M&A&D projects, etc.).

Identifying and analyzing transformational opportunities impacting GBfoods Europe divisions and developing and implementing required action plans (investment, acquisitions, organic development, etc.).

Supervising and actively participating in the preparation of presentation materials and solidly presenting and defending them within senior forums.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in top tier Strategic Consulting (ideally combined with business management experience, MBA welcome)

Proficiency in English

Great project leadership skills (hands-on person)

Structured person with solid problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to travel when required (~20%, it may vary substantially depending on the project)

Open to consider candidates living abroad (and willing to commute to Barcelona)
