Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to oversee the lifecycle of utility-scale renewable energy projects, ensuring effective negotiation, management, and administration of contracts.
This strategic position plays a crucial role in commercial activities, risk mitigation, value optimization, and project success through close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will prepare, review, and issue RFQ packages for various project stages, including Preliminary and Early Works, HV Works, Civil Works, Electromechanical Works, and additional services required by the project.
- They will oversee the clarification process with bidders during the tender phase, ensuring timely resolution of queries to maintain competitive and compliant offers.
- The Contract Administrator will manage and validate bid tabulations and commercial evaluations, aligning with project scope, budget, and schedule.
- They will negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring commercial terms align with project objectives in coordination with Legal and Procurement teams.
- The role requires consistency with company policies and legal compliance through the drafting, review, and execution of contract documents and annexes.
- They will manage contract addendums, supplements, and variation orders, documenting contractual modifications accordingly.
- The Contract Administrator will coordinate the internal contract approval process and work with Finance, Legal, and Project teams for seamless execution.
