Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of payroll processes in collaboration with the payroll team.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage personnel administration : contracts, terminations, sick leave, maternity / paternity leaves.
- Evaluate and implement HR procedures to ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with external providers (consultants, platforms) related to personnel administration.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights for business growth.
- Develop and improve HR administration processes.
Requirements
A university degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, or similar field.At least 5 years of experience in HR administration and payroll support.Knowledge of Spanish labor law, Social Security, and collective bargaining agreements.Experience with HR information systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Able to work in a dynamic environment, proactive and detail-oriented.Fluency in English (B2 / C1).Why This Role?
