What are we looking for?

We are incorporating a new INSUDER as a Consolidation Specialist to join the Finance team.

The challenge!

We are looking to strengthen our Consolidation & Accounting Policies team with a proactive and forward-thinking professional who combines solid technical expertise with a strong digital mindset. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to the Group’s financial digital transformation, driving innovation and process optimization across all consolidation and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the preparation and consolidation of the Group’s financial statements and corporate reports, promoting automation and process digitalization.
  • Design, propose, and implement innovative technological solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data quality.
  • Contribute to corporate digital transformation projects , identifying improvement opportunities and supporting change management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Controlling, Accounting, Treasury, etc.) and business units to ensure the integration, consistency, and evolution of financial information systems.
  • Perform monthly financial reviews of subsidiaries’ financial information, ensuring consistency and reliability of reported data.
  • Ensure global compliance with accounting standards (IFRS) and internal reporting policies and procedures.
  • Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements and related disclosures.
  • Act as a key point of contact for subsidiaries on accounting and consolidation matters, coordinating with local finance teams and controllers.
  • Collaborate with external auditors , providing documentation and support during quarterly reviews and the annual audit process.

What do you need?

  • 3–5 years of experience in similar roles within multinational environments, ideally in corporate consolidation or group reporting.
  • Experience in a Big4 audit or advisory firm will be highly valued.
  • Strong knowledge of consolidation principles and IFRS standards .
  • Analytical mindset with strategic vision to identify and implement process improvements through technology.
  • Solid digital skills, with experience in Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), AI-driven analytics, and automation solutions applied to finance processes.
  • Knowledge of Python or other programming languages will be considered an asset (not mandatory).
  • Proactive, innovative, and results-oriented , with the ability to adapt to evolving business environments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills , capable of collaborating across departments and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience with SAP BPC or Hyperion is desirable .
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written).
  • Availability to travel occasionally .
