Health And Safety Coordinator

Join this global travel services leader, as a Health & Safety Coordinator . You’ll support our Health & Safety programme by managing hotel audits, ensuring compliance, and resolving safety issues across our accommodation network.

This is an entry-level role based in Palma, Balearic Islands, Spain. Salary 26,000 Euro Per Annum.

What You’ll Do :

Conduct hotel risk assessments and manage audit processes

Resolve non-conformities with hotel partners

Liaise with internal teams and health & safety providers

Maintain accurate records and documentation

✅ What You’ll Bring :

Health & Safety knowledge or experience

Background in travel or hospitality

Fluent English; strong communication and organisational skills

Confident in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Outlook

Proactive and able to work independently

Bonus : Additional languages and a desire to keep learning
