As a key player in our digital marketing strategy, the Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective email campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.

This is a maternity cover position reporting directly to the Digital Operations Manager. The specialist will work closely with the content and design teams to ensure emails align with our brand identity and messaging.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced knowledge of email marketing tools, and experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

To succeed in this role, the specialist should possess :

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in email marketing
• In-depth knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
• Knowledge of data analysis and content management tools
