We’re looking for an SDR Inbound Quality Assurance Specialist to elevate the performance, consistency, and impact of our inbound Sales Development team.

This role isn’t just about checking boxes- it’s about unlocking SDR potential, strengthening our inbound engine, and ensuring every marketing-generated lead is handled with maximum quality and efficiency .

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coach & develop : Provide structured feedback to SDRs to sharpen skills, shorten ramp-up time, and reduce performance gaps.
• Raise quality standards : Review and assess inbound leads from Marketing to balance volume, fit, and conversion potential.
• Standardize excellence : Define qualification criteria, best practices, and objection-handling frameworks tailored to inbound.
• Optimize processes : Improve how inbound leads are prioritized, distributed, and managed across channels and handoffs.
• Enable consistency : Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Enablement to align SDR efforts with business goals.
