Job Description : The Sales Director is responsible for the local business development of DBi. S / He oversees the pipelines for income in each of her / his market, liaising with Havas teams to identify, scope and close opportunities.
En HMN buscamos un Growth and Maketing Manager, cuya principal misión será la generación de new business dentro del área del Grupo Havas - CSA.

Para ello, contamos con un equipo compuesto por más de 150 científicos de datos, ingenieros de datos, expertos en aprendizaje automático e inteligencia artificial, economistas del comportamiento, especialistas en tecnología digital y consultores de estrategia de datos, entre global y local.
Principales responsabilidades del puesto :
Responsibilities Participar en el diseño del plan de Marketing de CSA
Identificación y satisfacción de necesidades existentes y futuras dentro del scope de servicios de CSA.
Identificación de Prospects.
Seguimiento Ciclo Vida Cliente, prospecting, cross selling, up selling.
Coordinación pitches 100% CSA y pitches de la network
Apoyar a la Dirección Comercial Dirección Ejecutiva para alinear e impulsar los planes hacia resultados comerciales (objetivos propios CSA así como los objetivos de las agencias del Grupo).
Contribuir en la Elaboración del Sales Plan Anual junto con la dirección comercial de CSA.
Gestión CRM
Experiencia Previa & Background en la Industria
10+ años de experiencia profesional en roles vinculados a la venta consultiva a nivel de data (Madtech, Adtech, measurement etc.), preferiblemente con experiencia en el entorno de consultoría del dato y medición a nivel de modelización.
Qualifications & Languages :
Preferiblemente personas con grado en ingeniería, matemáticas, estadística y / o mundo Publicidad o Marketing (con un background demostrable en la venta consultiva de soluciones avanzadas de datos, modelos, stacks).
Idiomas : Necesario nivel alto de inglés

Experiencia en sales management
Excelente en capacidades de comunicación y organización
Habilidades avanzadas de trabajo en equipo
Conocimientos avanzados en Analytics, medición, ecosistemas madtech y adtech etc.
Orientación a la rentabilidad y a cumplir resultados (OKR).
